We place one of our associates in your facility for 4
full days each week for 10 weeks. They learn your systems and processes to help you develop a strategy
tailored to your business culture. We work one-on-one with your Management Representative,
teaching and customizing your processes to ensure they meet the requirements of the ISO standard.

We never leave you on your
own. Even after the process is complete, we are only an e-mail away to answer those
tricky implementation questions.

As the former Vice President of Quality for a 1996 Baldrige-winning company, our president, Joe Conchelos, brings a wealth of
World-Class strategies and processes. You can modify, develop and begin implementing these processes
immediately including employee involvement, supplier evaluation and inter-departmental communication strategies.

Deliverables
At the completion of the process, you will have:
-A Quality Manual tailored to your culture which meets the requirements of ISO;
-An easy-to-use Document Control system.
-Simplified Non-Conformance Reporting combined with Corrective
and
Preventative Action processes
-Basic work process procedures documented and, most importantly;
-An in-house expert to guide you through the implementation process through
registration.

Since we work side-by-side with your management representative, he or she learns the ins and outs of ISO, the documenting process, and
the internal auditing process. This, we feel, is the
most important function we serve, training the
trainer.
